  Mark Seiden and his team sold 2 houses for me in the last 4 months. I appreciate their no-nonsense approach to marketing and selling a home. Mark didn’t inflate my pricing expectations just to get the listing. He performed a study of comparable properties in the area and gave me a realistic idea of what to expect and how long it would take to sell. Once in contract, Allyson and Amy on his team were unrelenting in making sure I was taking care of all C of O and other issues needed to effect the closing. They were professional and thorough and I would use them again.

  At the time I brought my listing to Mark Seiden, I was at the point where I never thought I would sell my property. I began to envision foreclosure options and what that would ultimately do to my credit rating and overall financial status. Up until then, the interest in my property had been few and far between. I had listed it with other brokers and did not see any real results. Once I decided to give my listing to Mark Seiden’s Realty Group I knew I was in the right hands. His level of professionalism and expertise was unlike any other realtor I had encountered. He always made himself available and responded to any and all concerns that arose along the way. He listened to all of my apprehensions and was able to come up with ‘on the spot’ strategies no matter what the extenuating circumstances. Now it should be further noted, that my property was no easy, cookie cutter listing. For your average visionary, it was potentially a dream location. However, for your typical consumer looking to build a house or develop land, it had many setbacks, (no pun intended). As Mark taught me, it had many disadvantages. It was unimproved and unapproved raw land, and that was the inherent problem. Within relatively a short period of time, not only did Mark gather interest in my property, but he single-handedly created what became a bidding war. Needless to say I was most pleased to unload the property and payoff the taxes that were already in arrears. At the end of the day, I was able to preserve my original financial investment and go on with my life. This experience has made me realize that Mark has a unique way of conducting business and will always treat his customers much like he would his own family. I will only consider using the Mark Seiden team for all of my future real estate needs. Thank you to Mark and his whole team!!
